Tips for the Safe Operation of Mobile Asphalt Plants
- It is strictly prohibited to operate the fuel pump without oil.
- Before starting the asphalt pump, make sure the temperature of the asphalt in the asphalt tank reaches the working temperature.
- When adjusting the induced draft fan damper, it should be noted that the induced draft fan damper should be opened to the minimum under non-tempering conditions, and the induced draft fan damper should be closed when the machine is stopped.
- After the drying drum is started, the cylinder should be preheated and then gradually increase the feeding amount and control the temperature at any time.
- Before ignition, the fuel pump and axial flow fan should be turned on, and the liquefied gas valve and oil valve should be checked. Only when the conditions are met can ignition be carried out.
- When turning off, stop feeding first, then turn off the flame, and stop gradually in the reverse order after the temperature of the stone material drops. During shutdown, the agitator discharge door must be opened and the open door must be closed before the equipment is in operation.
